It is understood that EPR legislation applies to any cross-border trading within the EU and Norway.
The EU has announced that all businesses are treated equally. At the time of writing, that means that the resources required to be fully EPR complaint are the same for Plasma Music Limited as they are for large multi-national corporations.
As a micro-business, Plasma Music Limited has had no option other than to withdrawn from the EU market.
